Figures from the Sales IQ report for 1/1/2026–7/31/2026 with prior-year comparatives, including claim-level detail (18,778 claims closed Jan–Jul 2026). Claim counts follow the report convention (claims with sale > $0; zero-dollar ROs appear in drill-down lists but are excluded from counts and averages). Severity (average sale per claim) = total sales ÷ claims, matching the report exactly. Cycle time in days; touch time as reported. Insurance partner names are normalized across spelling variants; Economical is grouped under Definity, belairdirect under Intact; minor accounts grouped under “Other”. Trend classification: fitted monthly slope ≥ +2% of average = uptrend, ≤ −2% = downtrend, otherwise stable/mixed. Prior-year claim lists are not included in the export, so month drill-down lists show 2026 claims only. The 2026-08-11 export spans Jul 2025–Jul 2026, so July 2025 comparatives come from it directly while Jan–Jun 2025 comparatives are carried from the 2026-07-10 export; both tie to their source report totals. Three shops absent from the Sales IQ export (Calgary Central, Fort McMurray, Thunder Bay) are included using monthly sales from the Royalty Monthly Invoice Summary, shown under the partner label “Royalty-reported (not in Sales IQ)”; these carry sales only, so they contribute no claim counts, cycle or touch times, and no prior-year comparatives. Calgary Central has no royalty figure for June or July. Insurer performance scores (DGIG and Definity only — the two partners with scorecards) are from the Network Sales Forecast file, dated May 31, 2026; scores shown as % of maximum, color-coded ≥80% / 65–79% / <65%. Capacity = shop square footage × $45 per sq ft per month, from the Simplicity Capacity Calculator (March 2025); utilization = sales ÷ capacity for the elapsed period. Capacity covers 78 of 85 reporting shops (missing: Oshawa West, Prince George Queensway, Saint Michel de Bellechasse, Marché Central, and the three Truck Care locations); utilization is computed over covered shops only. Name mappings applied and worth confirming: capacity “North York” → North York Central, “Riviere des Prairies” → Soins d'Auto RDP. All headline KPI cards (sales, claims, avg sale, cycle, touch, budget attainment, trend slope, capacity utilization) follow the as-of date filter; the trend slope and trend banner fit complete months only. The as-of date cards show YTD / QTD / MTD actuals vs budget through the selected date; because source data is monthly, a partial month is pro-rated linearly by days elapsed for both actuals and budget (an estimate — claim close dates would allow exact mid-month cuts). Budget figures are from the 2026 Network Sales budget (Jan–Jul columns), matched by shop; budget totals tie to the budget file's TOTALS row. Budgets are set by shop, so budget comparisons are unavailable when an insurance partner filter is applied. Five budget rows have no reported 2026 sales (Fort McMurray, Calgary Central, Thunder Bay, Soins d'Auto Montreal Ouest, New Store 1) — they are included in region and network budget totals and appear in the shop breakdown flagged “no reported sales”; Soins d’Auto Marché Central has actuals but no budget row.
